Contact email: [intake@crc-idcmp.com](mailto:intake@crc-idcmp.com). ## Services - [IDCMP](https://www.chrysalisrecovery.com/idcmp) is a structured, state-approved program for clients completing New Hampshire impaired driver requirements, including case management and reporting. - [IDCMP compliance](https://www.chrysalisrecovery.com/idcmp-compliance) covers the IDCMP deadlines that determine compliance, what non-compliance means for a client's ability to seek early reinstatement of driving privileges, and how Chrysalis can request a state Waiver of Compliance from the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services where circumstances beyond the client's control caused a missed timeframe. - [20-hour IDCMP education class](https://www.chrysalisrecovery.com/idcmp-20-hour-class-nh) meets the New Hampshire requirement of 20 hours of education. It is offered in a weekend format (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and a two-week format (four sessions, 4 to 9 PM). - [Evaluations](https://www.chrysalisrecovery.com/evaluations) include substance abuse evaluations, anger management evaluations, combined LADC and anger evaluations, SAP evaluations for safety-sensitive positions across commercial driving, aviation, rail, public transit, maritime, and pipeline and hazardous materials, and evaluations for DCYF families. - [Counseling](https://www.chrysalisrecovery.com/outpatient-counseling) includes individual, family and group counseling. - [Aftercare](https://www.chrysalisrecovery.com/aftercare) provides continuing support after a program, including counseling, urine and breath testing, group counseling, and a free aftercare group. ## Fees IDCMP fees are intake $100, state fee $70, evaluation $275, case management $80 per month, and class $400, or $200 for clients on verified hardship. Case management is monthly and continues for as long as the client is in the program, so the total depends on each client's length of time in the program. [IDCMP costs and fees](https://www.chrysalisrecovery.com/idcmp-costs). Self-pay counseling rates for clients without health insurance are individual counseling $110 per session and group counseling $60 per session. The rate is $90 per session for clients with Medicare, which Chrysalis does not accept, or on a hardship rate. ## Cross-state programs Clients whose requirement is held by another state can often complete their program with Chrysalis. A release of information is signed at intake so paperwork can be shared with the other state, and reporting is provided where that state requires it, so clients do not repeat or repay for services already completed. Every state's requirements are different and are confirmed with each client individually.
