Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP)

What Is IDCMP?
The Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP) is a state-required program for individuals charged with or convicted of impaired driving offenses. The program is designed to promote public safety while helping participants better understand the factors that led to impaired driving and reduce the risk of future incidents.
At Chrysalis, IDCMP is not about judgment or punishment. It is about accountability, education, and providing tools that support safer choices moving forward.
Clear guidance. Respectful support. Accountability with care.
Chrysalis Recovery has proudly provided Impaired Driver Care Management Program (IDCMP) services since April 2009. We understand that being required to complete IDCMP can feel overwhelming, stressful, or confusing. Our role is to help you navigate the process with clarity, professionalism, and a grounded, supportive approach—while ensuring all state requirements are met.

Our Approach
We recognize that every individual’s situation is different. Some clients arrive feeling frustrated or anxious, while others are already motivated to make changes. Wherever you are in the process, our team meets you with respect and professionalism.
Our IDCMP services are:
Structured and compliant with all state requirements
Clear and straightforward, so expectations are understood from the start
Supportive and respectful, even when accountability is required
Focused on long-term safety and growth, not just program completion
