Your arrest report and full discovery may come from more than one place, and getting them is your responsibility unless you had an attorney handling your case.
If you had an attorney or a public defender, the prosecutor was required to provide your discovery to them before your case was resolved. Your attorney should already have your complete discovery packet — just request a copy from them. Since this typically happens before your case concludes, you can have the full packet ready to upload the same day you sign up for intake.
If you did not have an attorney, you're responsible for getting these records yourself, directly from the prosecutor's office handling your case — usually a city or town prosecutor for DWI and Reckless Operation cases (handled in Circuit Court), or the county attorney's office for felony-level charges. The arresting police department's records division can sometimes provide the initial arrest report through a records request (often called a 91-A request, after New Hampshire's Right-to-Know Law, RSA 91-A), but departments commonly decline to release full reports while a case is still open — the complete discovery packet comes from the prosecutor, not the police records office.
