A local guide to New Hampshire IDCMP
IDCMP and DWI Counseling in Manchester, NH
This local guide is for people in Manchester looking for a clear way to begin New Hampshire's IDCMP. You can meet in person at Concord or ask about telehealth throughout the Manchester area, depending on your schedule and program requirements.
The choice is yours
Your DWI charge does not choose your provider
The city named in a DWI charge does not lock you into a provider in that city. New Hampshire runs IDCMP as a statewide program: you choose your own approved provider, and your court order names the program rather than a particular agency. A Manchester client may use a Concord-based provider, just as a Concord client may choose another approved provider.
Chrysalis provides sessions in person and by telehealth. Staff are licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine, which allows clients to be seen across state lines by telehealth where appropriate. Chrysalis has been an approved IDCMP and aftercare provider since February 2013 and has been providing counseling since 2009.
A useful local starting point
A workable option for the Manchester area
Manchester is in Hillsborough County's northern district. The Chrysalis Concord office is about a 20–30 minute drive from Manchester by car, although you should allow extra time for traffic at peak times. For some clients, that makes an occasional in-person appointment manageable; for others, telehealth is the more practical rhythm.
In-person sessions are available at Concord. Telehealth is available throughout the Manchester area for clients who prefer to meet from home or who work shifts and cannot easily attend during a standard weekday. At intake, the team can help identify which required appointments are suited to remote care and which parts of the plan need a scheduled group or in-person visit.
Evening and weekend appointment availability can matter when work, family responsibilities, or rotating shifts make a daytime appointment difficult. Appointment hours extend Monday through Thursday until 6 PM and include Saturday morning availability. Telehealth may also be a more discreet option for someone who wants to handle an appointment without adding a visible trip across town.

- You want to ask privately about the required in-person or group components before choosing appointment dates.
- You can come to Concord for the parts of your service plan that are scheduled in person.
